Short-arm Inspection

April 20, 1918 – Full diary entry:

“Inspection, short arm

Sat. p.m. off.

Wrote to Elinore. No mail yet.

Bunch went to town + got drunk. I slept.”

Unlike yesterday’s post, I will not be providing any historical photos of today’s inspection process.

Also, you can just hear his tone in those last two sentences. “Bunch of idiots.”

Where was Robert today? See the timeline.
